I'll be getting the black macbook next month. I'm wondering will I be able to burn DVD's to my ipod on my Macbook just like I heard you can with your iMac? Also can I transfer my itunes from my windows to my macbook using the ipod or doing it wirelessly?

if you're wanting to rip dvds onto you mac and then onto your ipod, you can do that with any mac sold today. about transferring your itunes, i'm sure you can transfer songs without hassle, but i'm uncertain whether you can transfer your prefs and settings from your windows machine.

Frankly, I always get super worried about this stuff, so I would make a backup of all your music and save it as data on your iPod. Then, transfer the music onto your macbook. Or, you can use a program called Senuti.

ok thanks I might do that! I might do it a different way I read on the apple.support! I'll see I get it next month!
