There used to be apps that worked for turning the top bar on your mac black is there anything out there that does that on the new software?

Are you aware of System Preferences/General/Use dark menu bar and Dock, or do you want something a bit different?

Yes I've been using it. I'd like an actual dark black besides the one that's offered for dark menu bar.
