iPad Pro Black screen issues

Hi there,
I have had ipad pro 3 with me for 2yrs and it worked fine until recently.
The issue started lately after my upgrade to Os 14 with random black screen which seemed like a crash .But it would come back to normal after 30 sec.Later ,the episode become frequent and the waiting time become longer. I have force started, recovered with factory reset and dfu also.
But nothing helped... at first i can stayed black out free period for a few hours after recovery with new firmware but the problem came back.Now the worst thing is i cant even finish activation set up after reboot bcoz it go black. I can hear the sound running while that happen.

Can anyone help me out and share the similar exp.
I start to doubt the hardware problem but it comes back to normal sometimes still and i am afraid apple will replace sth over software issue.

That’s called a respring.

But the screen remain in black glowing without spinning wheel,i can still hear the back ground is working.
One occasion was that i can hear the tapping sound of my passcode on that black screen while i tried to open the lock screen which is in black.The black screen is taking several hours now to get back to normal. While on that black, i can capture the ss of background window meaning the app is not killed.
