Hey folks -

Just recently, my jailbroken iPhone, which has never given me any problems has started doing the following:

After a couple minute phone call, when I go to move the phone away from my ear to press "END CALL" the screen stays black. I can press home/power buttons repeatedly, but nothing happens for about 30seconds, then the phone comes back up with the lockscreen.

The same happens sometimes when I attempt to move the phone away from my ear to enable the keypad (IE: When using an automated menu)...

Except, I move the phone away, the screen is black, I can still hear the voice on the phone, but once it finally starts responding, the call is disconnected.

Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Thanks

Are you using a case? They sometimes mess up the proximity sensor that senses when you have your phone held to your ear and blacks the screen when you have (so that you don't press things accidentally with your ear or your cheek)
