Black Status Bar?

Is there a way to set the Status bar Black all the time? Thanks!

mine is clear all the time....i believe there is a 'color' status bar in cydia for every color. just search 'status bar' in cydia

I see this video on youtube but I dont have XCode or the Dev Kit. Can I simply edit the info.plist file using Cyberduck? If so, what folder is the plist file in?

I have a pretty cool theme called "BlackDarkness"
it was submitted for the MMi theme contest earlier this year..
it gives a black status bar when in the springboard...

but thats the only thing i have come by that gives a black status bar.. and thats not all the time like you asked...
but i thought i may as well bring it up.
