color wise, which is more durable, survives more scratches, finger prints dont show up, doesnt get dirty more? plus, which one just looks cooler, tell me wat u think, thanx ALOT!!!!!!;):apple:

Well, before I got my MBP, I had a BlackBook. I really prefer the black over the white, it's nice and sleek... but it's got a hefty premium on it. I had to clean my BB of every 1-3 months, depending on whether I really wanted to, but fingerprints, dust, and anything not black will show up on it. I'd choose the BlackBook over the WhiteBook, but the BB can be problematic with dirt and such, but you don't have to worry about that yellowing plastic thing. Either way, I'll never have to make the decision between black and white again, but I'd recommend a white for you if you're concerned about those things and just to save a little money as well.

they fixed that yellowish thing by making the place where u rest ur hands with a higher quality smoother plastic

Going by other electronics I've owned, like my iPod, I think white hides scratches and other flaws better.

But just get whatever one you like more. Other than if you're willing to spend that much just for a different color, you must really like black! :)

I have a blackbook, and the girlfriend has a whitebook. Mine ends up with wicked fingerprints and smudges, and I end up cleaning it at least once a week. However, hers doesn't have the yellow discoloraton problem, but it definitely a dirt-magnet (if your handsare even the slightest bit dirty, it sticks to the keyboard, palmrest, or touchpad). Her case is also very scratched and worn (much like the iPods scratch on the face, very fine but aggavating as hell). Either way, they both seem to get messy, but the blackbook can be cleaned up and made to look damn near perfect again. :D that, and the white plastic makes the whitebook look like a toy.

The white ones are shiny and bright, very nice looking, if they are just thrown into a bag theyll get scratched, I assume fingerprints get on them, and they have discolouration. The black ones are black and matte, not that appealing, but very stealthy and ninja like. You can still see some fingerprints but no discolouration.
