HELP! I have updated everything I am suppose to and I can download blackra1n, but when I try to click on it, it will not open it says there is no application to open it. What am I doing wrong? I have a mac, and I need some very basic or detailed instructions on what I am doing wrong. I really just want my intelliscreen back!

I'm having a similar problem. When trying to jailbreak 3.1.2, I open the Blackra1n.app file and the dock goes to stretch showing the open program but just collapses before anything opens properly. Have downloaded the zip file from blackra1n.com a few times and is the same problem each time.

Can anyone offer any help?? I assume it's just that the program itself isn't opening but have no idea how to get around it. (Yes it's def the Mac version and not the Windows).

Same here

I have the exact same issue. Dock starts to expand for a split second like it is going to open and then nothing. Nothing shows up in Activity Monitor either.

Leopard 10.5.8

Make sure you have version RC3. Download it again and try the newer download.

Run it from the desktop.

I just re-downloaded it and ran it fine on my MacBook, OS Snow Leopard 10.6.2
