Blank Icon in Downloads- Yahoo Weather

On my iPhone 5, iOS 9.0.2—

In the App Store- Updates pane, all the apps I have downloaded are listed by the date downloaded, along with the app’s icon.

But the icon for Yahoo Weather v1.9.0 is a “blank” grey rectangle. All the other icons are as they should be.

I have deleted the app and reinstalled it with no joy.

Are others experiencing this or is it just moi? And if it is, is there a fix?

I have the same thing on about 6-7 apps that were updated about a week ago. All updates since have been fine and show the correct "picture". Can only imagine another update to said app(s) needs to be pushed to fix it as I'm having the same issues on my 6s with 9.1 beta 5 and on my other device with 9.0.2.

It looks like the issue rests, at least in part, with 9.0.2

From what little I can determine, the problem is inconsistent, appearing on one device, but not others. Or perhaps it's one of those problems that result from a confluence of problems, e.g, it's a problem with both the app and the iOS.

While i remain confused, I appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
