Lately when I open my messaging app it’s blank. Anyone else having this problem?

When you say the screen is blank, do you mean conversations you expect to see aren't there or the screen literally has nothing on it including the Messages title?

Totally blank, all white! Also phone isn’t always responding when I press on things. Apple support said it was fine argh!!!!

How could they say it was fine if the app doesn't load anything at all? Did they have an explanation of why that would be fine?

I wonder that too, and did support suggest an erase and restore?

Said to reset entire phone. I’m on my SE now and no problems.
