Can't tell much from the photo, as the amount of bleed shown depends on the camera too. But some is normal, especially if the screen brightness is turned up.

All LED panels have bleeding because they are backlit. Even the new mini LED panels. OLED panels do not have bleeding because each pixel generates it's own light. OLED panels have other issues as they get duller over time and will burn in.

The holy grail to eliminate bleeding are micro LED panels. Each pixel will have it own light source. At this time they are too expensive to be used in TVs and computers.
