Blipr Sound Messaging App Available

So our latest app, Blipr, is now available on the App Store at http://j.mp/2aAzWj

And we thought it might be fun to try a little "Blipr challenge" http://j.mp/13P5P

Blipr is a sound messaging app. It uses push notifications to send sounds and short messages to other blipr users. It comes with over 100 high quality sounds. It's mainly for entertainment but one could certainly use it in lieu of text messaging.

I was part of the beta (not so much near the end, real life took priority), but from what I saw, it was a fun app.

It's an iPhone-to-iPhone message using push notifications. The Share stuff (email, twitter, facebook) doesn't actually send blips, but rather lets you share your bliprID with friends easily.

(btw I'm in Alpharetta and Drew lives in Duluth so we're pretty close to ATL -- both of us work ITP tho)


EDIT: We're adding two (paid 99c each) sound packs in 1.1 -- Sci-Fi and Christmas. V1.2 will make the history view a full conversation view. We've been testing it for a while, but we're waiting on 1.1 to be approved so we can submit it.
