make ringtone

i made a ringtone i made called "silent" which is "duh" without sound.
i use this as my DEFAULT ringtone, and assign a normal ringtone to my contacts – no more annoying phone calls from people i don't know, telemarketers, bill collectors, wrong numbers, ex-wife/girl, blocked/unknown numbers, etc.
they just get my voicemail that says "i will call you back if i am moved to do so by your message and i also have your number"

when you wake up you can change your default ringtone back to normal.

MCleaner is similar to iBlacklist (which I haven't used) and also has a scheduler so you can tell it to not accept calls during certain times/days of the week. You wouldn't have to turn it on or off, it does it automatically.

hmmm MCleaner, sounds pretty usful other then iBlack list, but does it require a license?

Add on:
well I loaded MCleaner but what did I see once it loaded up....
"this is a 15 day trail version" in other words yes I think it might be better the iBlack list but you can't go wrong with 2 different 3rd party apps that allows pirvacy from others, but then again I dont like to purchase a license. But what can you do...... damn apple you should of let us have 3rd party apps.
