iPhone Block Calls by Contact Name

Is it possible to block a contact by contact name in IOS instead of by number? With ATT identifying numbers as Telemarketer or Spam Risk can I block these names since these names will come through on multiple numbers?

They also use fake names.

Why not use "silence unknown caller" feature? I do that and only the ones on my contact list rings. If unknown number calls, it does not ring but do get a notification.

I figured if it is a legitimate call, they will leave a voice mail.
