Block Websites in iOS 5?

Back in iOS 4 I had hoped that they would have the ability to block certain websites. I read about Parental Controls allowing "custom restrictions for Safari . . . " and I was hoping that they would have allowed for website blocking now. Does anyone know if that is the case?
