Sorry no love loss here. Glad to see them go. Never liked them. Between the fees and the horrible service, not to mention the times I had to explain to them the movie had already been returned, only to find it on the shelf... I am glad they are finally done. No need to worry with Netflix. Good riddance.

I think the last time i was in a block buster was when they still rented VHS tapes in the very early 00s

Hey, when your in college 2 dollars cheaper for the VHS added up ;) That and the only DVD players I had at the time was a tiny ass Pismo, and a Dell desktop with a 15 inch CRT that looked awful.

I never had any issues :rolleyes:

Never seen or entered a Blockbuster in my life. Then again, I've never used Netflix either. The available choice of shows and movies available on it over here is pretty dire.

Except we're not talking about a company, but rather people who will now be out of a job.

It's fine to hate a company because of their tactics, but remember it's closure means innocent people who work there will now be jobless and that is sad.

Well from the employee's that I had to deal with, they were not working nor did they care to work. So again, no love loss here. Good riddance. I am sure there were those who were good employee's.

Most of the stores closed years ago, there were only 200 left.
