I've been working with apple on a case yesterday via chat and got disconnected many times.
I really beat their servers up trying to get someone again and it looks like they are blocking me.
I've cleared caches, renewed my DHCP, but yet to actually unplug my modem to get a new IP address.
How do I get around them blocking me out on the support link?
