iPhone Blocked numbers

Does anyone know if they are saved to the icloud ? So they will appear again if i do a fresh install of iOS on my phone or no ?

You mean you have switched Contacts in iCloud settings? If so, they will appear again after you reinstall iOS. You could go to icloud.com to view your contacts or save them to computer.

If you block a number in Settings, it would not be changed only if you use iCloud backup to do a fresh install. If you don't have an iCloud backup, I think you need to block that number again.
