Blocking Calls

Hope this is right forum--

From a phone number like 1-222-333-4444

Can I block all numbers with 333?

I get a lot of spam calls that don't register as spam when I Google them.

Seems they use the 333 but roll a lot of 4444 combos so you can't easily block the number.

Those 333 calls are called neighbor calls. The HiYa app can block them.
