I have a cricket app that gives news and score updates on my iPhone.

My problem is it has adverts that keeps popping up as indicated in the attachment.

How can I permanently block and get rid of them?

The only way to avoid apps with ads is to not use such apps. Some apps might offer you a paid subscription in order to get rid of ads. In general it's a decision that the app developer makes - to include ads or not.

This app does not include any options to buy out this advertising.

So I will take your advise and just delete it.
