Blog Sofware

I am looking to insert a blog into my website. I have tried wordpress but there seems to be no easy way to embed it into my homepage. I want something very similar to Macrumors, with the ability for commenting, and the ability to post articles directly within the homepage.

Have any suggestions?

Expression Engine is incredibly flexible, but takes a while to learn how to use. I'm actually setting up a blog as a bug tracker, because of it's flexibility

PHPBB and PHPBB Fetch(i think thats the name) is free and open source and will allow you to have a very similar feel as mac rumors has.

xbitlabs.com has this implemented for you to have a look.
