Blue circle on photos

has anyone ever seen this on a 6s? It tends to happen with HDR when there's a contrast of light and dark. A blue circle appears in the photo. It's happened on 2 photos now. Is this normal?

HDR has nothing to do with it; It is lens flare....Normal...
You can/will get that any time you shoot into the sun.
BTW, nice pic, other than the flare...LOL

Thanks, I thought it was a bad picture. It was an experiment.
