iPad mini Blue iPad Mini 7 Compared w/ Blue iPad Air 4

If you are like me, you wondered if your new blue iPad Mini 7 is the exact same color as your old blue iPad Air 4.

I am here to tell you that the iPad Air is slightly darker & slightly more "purple," while the iPad Mini 7 is lighter & more "green." From some angles, they are almost identical.

I had a hard time capturing the true colors on camera; they look a little more vibrant in person. However, the difference in lightness is pretty accurate in this photo:

It's another illusion! The top half of the bottom one looks darker, but its bottom half looks like a perfect match!

Hmm… I still think that dress was blue, not green!

Or, wait, did I think it was green and not blue?! 😁

Ah, turns out it was either gold-and-white (correct answer) or blue-and-black (definitely the wrong answer 😉).

Tbh, I wasn't impressed with the colors for the Mini 7, they just looked washed out. When I bought my Mini 7 I went with space gray.

The camera lenses seem to be the same.

Also here is a photo which I think does a much better job of showing color.

BTW, I took my mini to the Apple Store today and it is the EXACT same color as the new blue AirPods Max USB-C.
