Blue Screen

When i went to turn my Mac Mini the chimes went then it went to blue sdreen i tried it several times changed all the cables took the cable out of the Mac power chord .Did the other stuff r and command options etc .Then tried it a fourth time and low and behold it worked The blue tooth keyboard did not work with the blue screen.How is that it can sudd enly start working?I think computers have a mind of there own.

I wish someone would answer this problem it happend again i think it is time to get another machine. do i go for a mac mini 2018 i5 or a imac 27 2013 ?

Another thing is i don,t want to spend any more money on this , i have spent enough on it,it cost me to much in the first place.

It is all fine now, just takes time to get to the Apple start up.
