I had my iPhone 4 from release until iPhone 4S, and throughout that time I connected my Samsung WEP460 bluetooth earpiece just about every day and never had a single problem.

With iPhone 4s, It will connect fine and will work fine, but after a while it all seems to go pear shaped.

If I attempt to answer a call or make a call, the send/receive button on headset works, but I have no audible beeps, sound or mic. The 'Sources' window on the iPhone screen starts on Samsung WEP460 but then drops straight to 'Speaker' and will not allow me to select Samsung WEP460 or iPhone, and Speaker is is completely silent.

Sometimes switching phone off and back on will resolve it, temporarily. Other times it takes a soft boot. A couple times it has taken a soft boot and deleting and re-pairing of headset... but any of these attempts only lasts a short while.

Has anyone else had similar issues? Anyone managed to resolve it?

I want to notify Apple of this problem, but I can't seem to find anyway of doing so??
