Every one of these apps have requested Bluetooth access. Every one has been denied. Every one still works 💯 without it.

Why shouldn‘t they work without bluetooth access? Pre-iOS 13 apps could use bluetooth to pinpoint your location via, for example, iBeacons nearby. Apple has plugged that „privacy hole“ by forcing developers to request bluetooth permission. In theory the apps should now no longer be able to locate you if you have all the privacy toggles that enable them to track you off (location, bluetooth, photos access).

Yes, exactly, but many do not realize that.
 
I’m glad people are getting onboard with understanding all this.
