Bluetooth and Processor Upgrade Question

I have a mid-2012 mac pro and was curious about some upgrades. Is it possible to upgrade the Bluetooth to 4.0 to have continuity on my older mac pro.


I was also wondering about a processor upgrade. As it stands I have the Xeon quad core 3.2 ghz. Is it possible to just buy a 6 core processor to make my computers run faster.
