Hi,

I got a Problem with Bluetooth Headsets under Windows 10 (BootCamp) on my MBP 15" 2016.

If i stream music to my headset, it seems that the signal is week. i get many skips in the music stream. If i hold my Hand on the Headphone receiver, sound stocks completely. The Problem is much stronger, when the Laptop is closed. (I'm working on an extern Screen).

So my first guess was that my headphones are defect. So i by some new one (Sony MBR ZX770 BN). But same Problem. Next I guess the antenna of the Bluetooth module is defect. So I tested under macOS. No problem her. Next try was a fresh Windows installation. No Fix :-(

It must be a driver problem.
May the Audio stream Codec from the Bluetooth Stack is bad? The Headset supports aptX.
Can Any One Help or can confirm that issue?

regards

Turn off wifi and your Bluetooth earphones will sound fine. You need a 5Ghz band router for optimum speed

no. wifi was off all the time. i am using a LAN-Adapter. If Interferences of other 2.4 GHz networks would cause that issue, than under macOS it should happen too. But the problem only appears under windows.

my guess: the driver reduce the transmitting power of the antenna. If i am away rom the laptop over 2 meters, the audio stream interrupts.

I managed to get Wifi working by updating my router firmware. But bluetooth is still a crap.
