I cannot get audio to play through my Bluetooth speakers like it used to on Mavericks. Is this a known problem? I already submitted it to Feedback Assistant.

finally some got the same issue with me!

I have a harman kardon soundstick speakers set with bluetooth connectivity. after yosemite (precisely from DP5 it stopped working with my harman kardon and I began to wonder if this was something going wrong with my speakers. But then I tested it with my xperia phone and surface pro it works fine so I have to say it's another bug in Yosemite.

So no worries apple will get this fixed.

Yeah I have a Bose Soundlink. It worked awesome before Yosemite. It still works perfectly fine with my iPhone running IOS 7

ughh I hate it after months of searching, you ask someone for help and then somehow solve the problem yourself.

I just went to my sound settings and looked at my output, and for some reason Yosemite isn't automatically switching from my MBA speakers to my bluetooth speakers, so once I manually do it the sound comes out. Hope this helps someone else
