I bought and installed the Fenvi t919 wifi card on the PCIe slot (Mac Pro 5,1). There's a bluetooth cable (picture below). One end goes on the wifi PCIe card, and the other end apparently goes on some 9-pin connector on the motherboard, which I can't find. I've already checked other threads where it takes you through this process of replacing the old bluetooth, soldering, etc. I just want to know if there's a 9-pin connecetor for that cable on the motherboard, and where. I would imagine if they make the cable that way, it's because it connects to something lol. Thanks for any help.

confusing right..? It took me ages to work it out. i'll take some pictures in the morning to help get you over the line.

ps. 9-pin header does not attach to cMP backplane 'natively'

In this thread are some pictures and the correct pin definitions by tsialex:

In your case, the yellow cable is D+ and the white one is D-
I‘m not 100% sure about the Fenvi card, but I doubt it needs the USB 5V.
So it should be sufficient to only connect the two data cables to the motherboard connector (cut the original short black connector cable and solder the two together).

I can't really tell from those pictures or from the post text what to do. It's all Greek to me. Thanks though.
