bluetooth control of apps and functions?

It would be great if apple would allow our bluetooth earpieces to control and use apps such as the new dragon dictate ,do google searches, change functions ect...will this ever happen?

Sorry, there is no App for that. You will have to wait until Apple "invents" AVRCP. Not sure what BT profile you need for the others.
