Bluetooth earbuds for AW3

I bought a BT earphone from Amazon, but unfortunately its not working with AW3 to answer phones or listen to podcast. It works to listen to music from my library though. Any suggestions, please?

You don't even mention which earbuds you bought. Brand? Model? How are we supposed to help?

Anyways, most likely an issue with the earbuds.
