I've noticed that since upgrading to High Sierra my bluetooth headphones (QC35) are not receiving the sound whilst I'm watching certain livestreams. The weird thing is, I could open YouTube video or play a song on Apple Music and those will play fine, but when I watch that random livestream 1/10 times it will play through my MBP's internal speaker.

I had a similar problem that went away after I upgraded Firefox to 55.03 ( now on 56.0 but haven't tested it yet.

I had similar problem with OS X Sierra. Now I did a clean install with HighSierra, I haven't experienced that problem yet but often times I can't turn off the Bluetooth. As soon as I click "Turn Bluetooth Off" it's stuck like that until next reboot. I have a late-2013 rMBP13.
