Bluetooth Help, please!!!

I have just purchased the apple bluetooth, I love it sleek small design! I just dont have big enough ears to fit them it totally. It fits in pretty good, probably 90% of what it should. My question to everyone, can anyone think of anything that I could attach to make it fit better(getting the earpiece smaller)? I love it too much to give up and get something else, plus I want to support apple whenever possible!! Please any help is appreciated!!
