Bluetooth issue on Macbook

Hello,

I just bought a speaker Energy Sistem Music Box 9 that works pretty fine with all my devices except my macbook.
When it connects with the mac, it disconnects immediately.
I have tried everything on the net, from restarting to deleting to plist file. Nothing works. (attached screenshots - speaker name is Bureau)

I hope you can help me out.
