Hello everyone!
A few months back I bought the late 2015 iMac 5K and I my bluetooth connection has been disconnecting frequently. Sometimes it is once every few hours and lately it has been happening every few minutes.
I googled and found a few old threads on the Apple support forums, but nothing specifically about this model. I tried the PRAM and SMC reset, I tried disconnecting all my USB devices/cables, and I tried different bluetooth accessories as well -- and no matter what it does not stop disconnecting and reconnecting. I also use the 5ghz frequency on the Wifi connection because I read the regular 2.4ghz connection could cause interference.
I'm really flabbergasted because I have never had this issue with any other Mac. Do you guys have any idea why this is happening? Is this a hardware defect or a software defect?
Cheers!
