Okay, I really need help. I've tried looking up how to fix the Bluetooth Keyboard on the mac (in windows) but I've failed.

This is for my mother, and her work. She needed a better running (and compact) computer so we got a Mac and I installed Windows on it for her.

Anyway, she wants to use the wireless Bluetooth keyboard on Windows. I've set it up and had it working after it goes through the Bluetooth wizard.

The problem: if I turn the keyboard off and back on, or if I restart the computer, Windows doesn't recognize it (though it is still listed as "connected" in the bluetooth manager).

Is there any fix to this? As it's for her work and she would not be re-adding it to the devices every restart.

I've had this problem, but why doesn't your mother use the Mac OS? No fixes since the online apple store states only mac compatibility, although I've had luck with XP, I now use Vista.

I have this problem on our MacPro but not the MBP both running Windows Vista. We have never been able to get the Mac Pro to reliably connect to the Bluetooth keyboard in Vista without either re-running the wizard or turning the keyboard on and off once Vista is up. Crazy
