How can i keep preventing this from popping up on login ??

I keep the mini "headless" and i administrator the ma mini remotely, as its a media server.

Bluetooth is turned off in the status bar, but the "identifying" keeps coming up.

Did you once have a bluetooth keyboard hooked to it? If so did you remove it from the bluetooth devices?

System Preferences -> Bluetooth -> Advanced turn off the keyboard and mouse detection too just in case it ever gets an idea on that one.
