I use the iphone, I bought a Bluetooth Music Receiver and turn Bluetooth on, but the phone does not receive any message, is too far away from it? it is About 20 meters to me ! I do not know how to use, who can help me?

AFAIK, 15m is almost the real world limit, 20m sounds too far away for me. In general, you need to stay within 10m to have good reception (depends on how much interference around).
 
Depends what version of Bluetooth everything's using bt4.0 has a range of 30 meters. Put a wall in the way and expect to lose upto half of that range. Anything below bt4.0 you may as well leave your phone next to the device.
