Hi guys.

I'm about to be the (very) proud owner of a brand spanking new 17" MacBook Pro, and I want to get a mouse to go with it. I definitely want a wireless one to eliminate all those unsightly cables, and obviously don't want a big USB dongle poking out the back of my laptop, so it's going to have to be bluetooth. Only problem is, I do the occasional bit of gaming (mainly RTS; Warcraft III etc). Will a bluetooth mouse be absolutely rubbish for this because of low refresh rates?

Also, could anyone recommend a decent bluetooth mouse? I'm sort of thinking of the Loitech MX 900, the Logitech V270, or the Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer bluetooth thing. Which is best? The charging cradle with the MX 900 would be useful as I could leave it plugged into my older computer and give it bluetooth function :D

Cheers for any advise guys!
Matt

ps. Don't know if it makes any difference in terms of available products, but I'm based in the UK.....

I'm holding out for a BT might mouse. It can't be too long before it come out can it??

I'm also waiting on an apple bluetooth mighty mouse. I don't think it will be that long, they have to be aware that many people are waiting for one.

The microsoft bluetooth intellimouse is actually very good. I have one and I love it.

I'll second that. I also use it to play WC3 quite a bit, and it does fine. Though running out of battery life mid-fight really stinks!
