I ordered my macpro (ETA next week).. with bluetooth mouse and keyboard.

Am wondering if apple have already paired the devices at the factory....? coz otherwise.. hmmm

you wont have a problem at all. make sure when you start up the mac pro for the first time you have the mouse and keyboard turned on.

it will automatically id them, if they arent authorized... you will do it then. and then they will be paired.

they may have dont it ahead of time. but dont worry it is as easy as pie.
