bluetooth mouse

new mini m1 with apple mouse...frequent drop outs....someone suggested too many apps open??? ideas?

Don't think so re too many apps. Never seen that with any wireless mouse.

Interference from other transmitting/receiving gizmos? Maybe simply a defective mouse.

Might try repairing the mouse.

it doesnt have a wheel...how to repair?..clean contacts etc? pressurized air? ideas?

Re-pair as in do a Bluetooth re-pairing. Unpair the mouse in Bluetooth setting and re-pair.

WiFi 2,4 GHz and USB 3.0 devices interfere with Bluetooth.
Any USB 3.0 devices / external disks between the Mac and the mouse or in near proximity?
Or smart home devices (electric sockets, etc.)?
