Hello!

My new iMac 5k arrived a few days ago, and I have an annoying problem. After every boot, bluetooth is not available and obviously the mouse and keyboard are not working. When I reboot with a USB mouse, bluetooth is working again. But when I shut down and boot the next time, again BT not available. I searched the web and it is suggested to delete bluetooth.plist. That works one time, next boot same problem again.

Are there any other suggestions what I can do, or do I have to wrap my head around the fact that my new machine is already broken?

Thanks in advance

Return it to an Apple Store and let them figure it out. The problem you're having should not happen to a brand new machine, and it's not you're job to figure it out.

Finally got in touch with Apple support. They walked me through a PRam reset. Seems that solved the problem for now. But I will definitely have a look at it the next days.
