No probs with paring BTle devices, what I'd like to know is, is it possible to retain the pairing at re-boot?

I note the mouse and keyboard auto-connect, but my BT midi devices connected need to be re-connected on every boot.

Can this be changed?

Thanks

I'd like to know if this is possible also. I have a bluetooth Bose soundbar for my 2017 iMac running Monterey, and whenever I reboot I have to physically get the Bose remote and use that to Connect each time. I have a feeling it isn't possible with my setup but maybe someone has more insight for us.

This really depends on the device, not the Mac. It isn't the Mac that's not automatically pairing to the device, it's the device that's not automatically pairing to the Mac. Things like keyboards and mice wake up when you use them and connect to the Mac. Things like speakers usually go to sleep after some inactivity and need to be woken up again.

hmm, thanks -but...they re-connect on Windows 11. And also re-connect on iOS bluetooth. It's just on macOS they do not.
