Do you have to enter a passcode everytime to pair it? Its kind of annoying how I have to enter the PIN everytime, on my RAZR it was a 1 click operation. Anyone know?

Nope, just the first time. After that, the iPhone pleasantly remembers... even after the iPhone or the bluetooth headset has been powered down/charged, etc.

You never have to enter the passcode if want to pair your iPhone with your iPhone Bluetooth headset. Just insert them into their respective positions in their dock or power cable and they pair automatically.
