Hello All.

I have a iPhone X which was on IOS 12 and i never had any problems with Bluetooth and my gaming headset until i upgraded to iso 13.4 on the 30/3/2020.

On IOS 12 i could game with my xbox headset and connect to my iPhone x at the same time and so when i got a phone call or emails or any alerts at all i would hear them in my headset as its connected to Bluetooth which was great and loved this feature as its one of the reasons i got a headset with built in Bluetooth so that i would not miss any calls or alerts.

Now since i just updated my iphone to ISO 13.4 it now does not send any sound alerts of any kind to my headset apart form if i play a video or play music that works fine from the iphone but i dont get any alerts or typing sounds nothing, and this is no good as this is the whole point i wanted to hear phone calls and other alerts but now nothing.

I have tried turning Bluetooth on and off resting the phone and re-paring but still the same problem.

I read that IOS 13 has so many problems and this is why i never updated until now as its been out 6 months since IOS 13 was rel and had many bug fixes since then so i decided to upgrade to that what a mistake that was as now i find i can not use the Bluetooth,

I mean how can that slip through ?

can anyone help me on this as i need this feature as i am missing important calls and messages. and as we all know we are at home alot in these current times and need this to work.

can anyone help, thanks
