Bluetooth Transmitter for TV and AirPods Pro 2nd Gen

Hello,

can anybody recommend a Bluetooth Transmitter plugged into a TV which works well with AirPods Pro 2nd Gen + a second Non-Apple device (hearing aid bluetooth receiver from my wife) at the same time?

There is a bunch of stuff on Amazon etc ... but perhaps someone has a personal recommendation, cause being used, thus tested (for the APP 2 part, not the hearing aid) .
