Bluetoth Remote...

I was a knuckle head and broke the Infrared connector while upgrading to an SSD drive. I was extra careful, but the thing is very delicate. It doesn't look to be repairable so I loose the infrared connector and the power light. Not huge a huge deal.

I think the apple tv remote uses the infrared sensor, is there a bluetooth remote you can get to work with a mac mini?

There are some, an alternative option would be to get an Apple OEM IR board out of a 2007 Macbook Pro and wire a USB connector to the end and continue to use the native Apple Remote.
