I just wanted to check my options for bluray rippers/copy programs, I have two currently, but am unhappy with one of them. (Since upgrading to mountain lion)
Makemkv: works well as a ripper, but it automatically converts to mkv only (Can't chose to rip to an iso file, file folder or other format.) Free price while in beta, $50 if you choose to buy it.
Dvdfab: can choose to rip to iso, folder, or transcode to a device (but nowhere near as good as handbrake). Updated very frequently, but very buggy port of a pc program. Currently does not work with mountain lion, despite the web page saying it does. (I hope for an update, but just silence from the company so far.) Finicky detection of mounted DVD/bluray, not compatible with FireWire drives. It can shrink bluray to fit on DVD or 25g sl bluray if needed. Expensive.
Any other apps people use for bluray decryption? I looked on google, but could not find real world reviews of any other apps.
