When i am going to sleep, my body makes this tingling feeling that starts with my legs or lower body and goes up into my head. it doesnt feel bad, but feels unusual and awkward. it's like a little shiver, but not really. i can sort of stop this feeling by concentrating on it. this feeling comes every couple days before i go to sleep.

could this be adrenaline? if it were, isnt it unusual adrenaline would be coming when i am resting?

does anyone else have this?

You can always use the symptom checker at the Mayo Clinic website, but you might input the symptoms and come up with "brain tumor"

that's not particularly comforting.

you should ask your doctor.

Maybe they're just happy thoughts. :)

It's not adrenaline.
It's tight muscles. Do you do a lot of physical activity? Especially heavy lifting.

The tingling is caused when your muscles are so tight they're squeezing your nerves.

This is probable happing during the day to. You just notice it when you go to sleep because your just laying there and you are more aware of your body.

You need yoga.
Seriously.
And not power yoga.
Slow gentle yoga.

Or you could try a chiropractor.
