Boitcamp wireless keyboard not working win 7 (mouse is fine)

Hi just set up bootcamp on my mac pro 3.1 with mavericks 10.9.2
I have radeon 2600 as my generic gpu
I have nvidia gtx 680 pc as my gaming gpu
I have a 120gb ssd partition (60gb each) with mavericks and windows 7
Currently after installing bootcamp windows and adding the apple bootcamp4 drivers I have unpaired M&K (mouse & keyboard)in OSX and re-paired them. I then booted back into windows and the mouse works but the keyboard doesn't.
Upon looking in device manager I can see that there is two drivers under "bluetooth radios"
1.Apple broadcom built in bluetooth
2.Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

I tried uninstalling both drivers and then reinstalled them using the "repair" option but it did not work.

Any ideas on why mouse is working but keyboard doesn't?
I went into the bluetooth settings and chose "add a device" I then turned the keyboard on but it did not show up in the add a devices area.
I unistalled bootcamp4 - reinstalled bootcamp from my snow leopard DVD to see if that worked but no cigar.
I the reinstalled Bootcamp 4 over the top of original snow leopard bootcamp but that didn't do anything either.
Any solutions as I have looked in the forums but nothing specific to my actual situation

After reinstalling bootcamp4 I now have another driver in place of the original Apple one listed above
1. Apple Built-in Bluetooth
2. Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator

You might need to put the keyboard into pairing mode when you are in Bootcamp, if you aren't doing that already.

How do you do that?
I turn it off and then hold the button on the side of the keyboard down until the little greenlight starts flashing but still no luck.

I go down to the bottom of the screen and right click on the bluetooth logo, i choose "open settings" and nothing happens. Is there a way to access bluetooth settings another way?

Tried many different drivers an non work. Seriously this is stupid now the mouse works fine!!

This has already taken a week of my life trying to set up my mac. Be great to just be able to get it done and get on with my life.

Hm, why don't you get a (cheap) wired keyboard for windows for now? This would take the pressure off for now. Maybe it's just not worth the hassle or in a few weeks time you stumble upon the solution by accident.

I do have a wired one attached but really want this sorted before I go through hassle of setting all my programs and stuff. If I have to uninstall and reinstall windows 7 again then don't want to have wasted a ton of time again.

I have had stubborn bluetooth keyboard installation issues with Windows before. I simply "unpaired" the keyboard in OS X, and then booted to Windows and "paired" it there without any problems. Then, when I went back to OS X, I again "re-paired" it there and had no further problems. It does help to have a wired keyboard available during the process until you get the wireless one working in both environments.

My main problem is I can't get it to pair in windows. I unpair it in mac osx and the reboot. I then go to add devices and turn the keyboard on but it never shows up. When I go into devices and printers it always shows 0 devices.
How do you pair it in windows. If its via add a device then its hopeless as it never shows up.
After installing and uninstalling bootcamp at least 12 times it does not connect.
I have these two bluetooth drivers now:
1. Generic bluetooth driver
2. Microsft bluetooth enumerator

Right decided to reinstall windows 7 with someone elses disc in case mine is faulty for some unknown reason...
